 Stock Availability:
  • We do our best to keep items in stock.  Inventory status does fluctuate and may change without notice. 
  • If an item you have placed an order for becomes discontinued or backordered, we will notify you immediately to make the proper arrangements.
  • Shipping fees apply to all orders, unless otherwise noted.
  • We ship standard ground via USPS, UPS or FedEx to the 48 continuous United States unless otherwise notified.  Customers in Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped via Air Service. 
  • Standard Delivery (7-10 Business Days) - $8 flat rate; Orders over $100 ship free
Returns & Exchanges:
We take great pride in providing excellent customer satisfaction.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product within 90 days of receipt, please contact us for a return label to return your un-washed, unworn product to OMS. 
  • Please contact us for a Return Authorization # and return label for your item(s).  A return label will be emailed to you within 1 business day.
  • Unless your purchase arrived as damaged or defective, or there was a shipping error, shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The following amounts will be deducted from your refund for returned merchandise:
    • $8 for 1-2 items
    • $10 for 3 or more items
  • If you prefer to ship the items back to us on your own, the return shipping fees listed above are waived and we will provide you with the appropriate Return Address and Reference #.
  • Upon receipt, a credit or an exchange will be issued within 3-5 business days.

    • Items received over 90 days
    • Discontinued or Closeout items
    • Items missing the original packaging
